    Dec. 2 • Armondo Flores, 36, of North Main Street, Monroe, was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a Dec. 21 court appearance. Dec. 4 • Vito Michielli, 29, of Route 17M, Harriman, was arrested on two warrants for unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending an appearance in village court on Dec. 21. Monroe Police Nov. 29 • An 18-year-old male from Campbell Hall was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance, felonies. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail pending a future court appearance. • Andrew Sqaglio, 40, of Marc Terrace, Monroe, was charged with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, and trespassing, violations. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $350 bail pending a future court appearance. • Eric S. Heller, 27, of Harriman Heights Road, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. He was released on $200 bail pending a future court appearance. • Ismael Rivas, 30, of Chestnut Circle, Monroe, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $350 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 30 • Leo McKay, 50, of Hillside Terrace was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. Dec. 1 • A 19-year-old Monroe male was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Adham El-Gamal, 23, of Lexington Hills, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. Dec. 5 • A 16-year-old Monroe male was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released pending a future court appearance. Dec. 6 • Charles V. Neumann, 66, of Vanceboro, N.C., was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or more, misdemeanors, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending a future court appearance. • Cytie Morgan, 36, of Grand Street, Newburgh, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 7 • John Slattery, 23, of Wilson Street, Greenwood Lake, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. • Donald Debree, 54, of East 4 Street, New York City, was charged with petty larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending a future court appearance. Dec. 8 • Julio Lazaro, 27, of Post Road, Monroe, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and second-degree assault, a felony. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $250 bail pending a future court appearance. Woodbury Police Nov. 26 • Hector Rojas, 22, of Washingtonville, and a 17-year-old male from Highland Mills were charged with six counts of third-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors. They were remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail pending a future court appearance. Nov. 30 • A 13-year-old male was charged with fifth-degree arson, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, after allegedly starting a fire in a bathroom at Monroe-Woodbury Middle School. He was released to his parents and the case referred to Orange County Family Court. • A 16-year-old female was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, at the Monroe Woodbury High School. She was released pending a future court appearance. Dec. 5 • A 13-year-old male and a 14-year-old male were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, in connection with thefts from lockers at the Monroe Woodbury High School. They were released to their parents and the case referred to Orange County Family Court. Dec. 10 • Stephen Perl, 51, of Central Valley was charged with an open container violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Police arrested eight people this week on grand larceny charges and five individuals on petty larceny charges stemming from incidents at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets. In addition, seven people were ticketed for aggravated unlicensed operation and one for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Tuxedo Town Police Dec. 3 • Jeffrey Nicholson, 33, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to surrender license, both misdemeanors, and was released on $100 bail for a Dec. 28 court appearance. Dec. 4 • Eric Merring, 37, of Delancey, was charged with criminal possession of weapons, firearm and knife, a misdemeanor, and was released on $100 bail for a Dec. 28 court appearance. Dec. 5 • Kerri Davanzo, 24, of Tuxedo, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operator, both misdemeanors, and was released for a Dec. 28 court appearance. • Shawn Tribble, 36, of Dacula, Ga., was charged with log book violations, a misdemeanor, and was released for as Dec. 28 court appearance. • Gerard Job, 44, of Greenwood Lake, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and controlled substance outside original container, both violations, and was released for a Jan. 18 court appearance. Dec. 7 • Moises Guadalupe, 34, of Goshen, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Jan. 25 court appearance. Dec. 9 • Danny Nieves, 18, of Ronkonkoma, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a Jan. 2 court appearance. • Christopher Pace, 20, of Ronkonkoma, was charged with unlawful dealing in fireworks, a misdemeanor and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and was released for a Jan. 2 court appearance. • Jeremy Doxsey, 26, of Florida, N.Y., was charged with failure to surrender license, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Dec. 28 court appearance. Dec. 10 • Igor Pelts, 45, of Brooklyn, was charged with operating with no insurance, a misdemeanor, and was released for a Dec. 28 court appearance. Dec, 11 • Claudio Iodice, 42 ,of Croton-On-Hudson, was charged with operating with both a suspended license and registration, both misdemeanors, and was released for a Dec. 28 court appearance. • Charles Neuman, 66, Vanceboro, N.C., was arrested on a warrant from 1991 for issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor, and was remanded on $1,000 bail at Orange County Jail for a Dec. 12/2006 court appearance. The Tuxedo Police Department is looking to hire part-time dispatchers for all tours, especially Monday through Friday; pay while in training is $9.50 per hour and $10 per hour when hired.
