Nov. 2 • Kevin Connolly, 22, of Lake View Terrace, Mahopac, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on Nov. 16. Monroe Police Oct. 24 • Frank Fryer, 24, of Boardman Road, Poughkeepsie, was charged with peddling without a license, a violation. He was released pending a Nov. 3 court appearance. Oct. 26 • John Coddington, 20, of Forrestal Heights, Beacon, was charged with peddling without a license, a violation. He was released to appear in Town Court on Nov. 3. Oct. 27 • Dennis Schutz, 33, of Valley Forge Way, Washingtonville, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Nov. 15. Oct. 31 • An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He was released on $100 bail pending a Nov. 10 court appearance. Nov. 2 • Christine Conklin, 21, of Shaleen Avenue, Chester, was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. She was released to appear in Town Court on Nov. 17.
