    Sept. 16 • Two 15-year-old Highland Mills males and one 15-year-old Harriman male were charged with inciting a riot, unlawful assembly, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct and trespassing, violations. The male from Harriman was also charged with third-degree assault. They were released to their parents pending Orange County Family Court action. • A 19-year-old male from New Windsor, a 17-year-old Harriman male, an 18-year-old Highland Mills male, seven 16-year-old males from Highland Mills, a 16-year-old Harriman male and a 16-year-old female from Highland Mills were charged with inciting a riot, unlawful assembly, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct and trespassing, violations. They were released to appear in Village Court on Sept. 21.
