Nov. 30 • Kevin M. Petti, 31, of Shadowmere Road, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail pending a Dec. 21 court appearance. Dec. 2 • Diego J. Chinigo, 31, of Linden Drive, Highland Mills, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and numerous vehicle and traffic violations. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21. Dec. 3 • Alyssa B. Hurley, 26, of Brookside Drive, Harriman, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21. Dec. 7 • Three 15-year-old males from Harriman, Chester and Greenwood Lake were charged with felony criminal mischief and eight counts of misdemeanor criminal mischief stemming from incidents on Nov. 10 and 11. They were released to their guardians pending an appearance in Family Court on Dec. 26.
