Feb. 23 • Christopher Darcy, 33, of Huested Lane, West Nyack, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and failure to return a suspended license, misdemeanors. He was released on $100 bail pending a March 15 court appearance.
