Nov. 23 Joseph Valentino, 58, of Summit Avenue, Harriman, was charged with driving with a suspended registration. He was released to appear in village court on Dec. 21. Nov. 27 Michele A. Miller, 44, of James Road, Monroe, was charged with driving with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor. She was released to appear in town court on Dec. 21. Nov. 29 Dino Pirolli, of South Street, Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with third-degree assault. He was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $500 bail, pending a Dec. 21 court appearance.
