Goodies for a soldier in Iraq

Members of the Junior LAOH Division 5 gather with the items they recently collected through fund raising and donations to send to Army Staff Sgt. Carmen Cheney, who is currently on leave but will be returning to her platoon in Iraq. Cheney will bring these gifts back with her as many soldiers don’t receive anything for the holidays. Cheney is the aunt of Erin McGovern, a member of this Catholic, Irish-based group of girls — ages six to 16 — who are involved in a variety of community projects.
