Fall programs for adults and children at Tuxedo Park Library

    TUXEDO PARK-The Tuxedo Park Library is offering the following programs for adults and children in the coming months: • Journeying the Tree of Life. Presented by Linda Urcioli on Wednesday, Oct. 19, at 7 p.m. Learn the meaning of Kabala, experience the 11 Emanations and what they mean to you and your journey. The mystical tarot will be explained through the use and understanding of the Hebrew alphabet. Registration begins Oct. 3. • Scholar Gaspare Perrello will lead the fall book discussion of Mark Haddon's The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time on Wednesday, Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. • Anime Club for grades six and up. Join fellow anime fans for a chance to catch some of the best Japanese animation around, including shows never released for the American public. There also will be a chance to see fan-made Anime Music Videos or Japanese Pop Videos. Club held at 4 p.m. on Fridays. No registration necessary. • Pumpkin painting on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. For Grades Kindergarten and up. Registration begins Oct. 11. • Halloween parade on Thursday, Oct. 27, at 10:30 a.m. at the library. All ages with adult. Registration begins Oct. 11.
