Daphney's locks - take two

Daphney Plot, a fourth-grader at Central Valley Elementary School, recently donated ten-and-a-half inches of her hair to the Locks of Love program. It’s the second time Daphney has made such a donation. She had her hair cut by stylist Ruth Carney at the Soho Salon in Monroe.
