Monroe Monroe Town Highway Superintendent James Gulick is a Republican whose candidacy for election in November has been endorsed by the Monroe Town Democratic Committee. A story in the Aug. 12 edition of The Photo News incorrectly described Gulick’s political affiliations. The Photo News apologies for the error and the inconvenience it caused.
