Community service

We recently put together a food drive to benefit our Father’s Kitchen in Monroe. We created a flyer, made copies and delivered them to areas in which we live. Then the following week we collected non-perishable items which were left at the door steps of our neighbors. The neighborhoods that we would like to thank are the following: Kasch Court, Amy Todt, Cregan, Clinton, Winchester, McGarrah, Forge, Cunningham, Seals and part of Woodland. Without their generosity, our food drive would not have been successful. We dropped the food off with Jonelle Rizzi, director of outreach for Sacred Heart Parish. The food items were collected for Our Father’s Kitchen and also shared with food pantries in Monroe. So again, thank you to all who contributed. It was greatly appreciated.
