Charged in undercover drug investigation in Monroe

    Monroe — The following people were arrested as a result of the year-long investigation by the Monroe Village Police Department and the Orange County Narcotics Task Force: Nicholas Fox, 22, of Monroe. Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled. Police said Fox sold heroin to an undercover police officer. Jeremy Marray, 22, of Monroe. One count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Marray sold heroin. Shawn Murray, 21, of White Plains. One count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Murray sold heroin to an undercover police officer. Robert Kehrli, 19, of Monroe. Two counts of third-degree Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance and two counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. Police said Kehrli sold the narcotic Percocet to an undercover police officer. Chad Maurer, 20, of Monroe. One count of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Maurer sold the prescription medication Ritalin to an undercover police officer. Charles Mancuso, 29, of Monroe. One count of fifth criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Mancuso sold the prescription medication Valium to an undercover police officer. Kenneth Presti, 20, of Highland Mills. Three counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance degree and three counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Presti sold the prescription medication Suboxone to an undercover police officer. Christopher Scheels, 25, of Chester. Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled. Police said Scheels sold the prescription medication Oxycodone to an undercover police officer. Austin Suman, 22, Rock Tavern. One count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana. Police said Suman sold the prescription medication Oxycontin and marijuana. Stephen Milisci, 20, of Washingtonville. Five counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and five counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Milisci sold the prescription medication Oxycodone to an undercover police officer. Lauren Piazza, 21, of Monroe. One count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and one count third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Piazza sold heroin. Christopher Pietrangolare, 22, Highland Mills. Two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police said Pietrangolare sold heroin to an undercover police officer. David Shey, 25, of Monroe. One count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Stephen Marinello, 22, of Greenwood Lake. One count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Steven Snitofsky, 51, of Monroe. One count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Jessica Pantalemon, 20, of Monroe . One count of Criminal Sale of an Imitation Controlled Substance. Daniel Hoffman, 20, of Chester. One count of fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana. Police said Hoffman sold marijuana to an undercover police officer. Three young people also were arrested and charged as youthful offeners.
