Coinciding with the Evening of the Arts, this event, popular with all ages, had library goers creating an amazing array of animals, plants, and hip typography. "Family Chalk Night is a great kick-off for our Summer Reading Program," said, Rebecca Lynn, head of Children's Services at the Monroe Free Library. "We have something for kids and teens of every age." "We had psychics for the teens on July 26 and Musical Munchkins on July 30," said Mrs. Lynn,
