Canine graduates

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office recently graduated its 19th K-9 patrol school class with a ceremony taking place at the Orange County K-9 facility in Montgomery. Sheriff Carl DuBois presented all the graduates with certificates and issued police badges to each canine. The 16 week school trains canines and their handlers in areas of obedience, agility, building searches, area searches, criminal apprehension, tracking and scent detection/evidence search. Graduates were from outside the local area.
