    September is National Library Card Sign-up Month. Local library cards may be used to check out books at any library in the Ramapo-Catskill Library System in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, and Ulster counties. Students must be mouse-proficient. • eBay For Bidders and Buyers (lecture). Includes a brief history of eBay, how to get started, tips on browsing, searching, bidding and more. • eBay For Sellers (lecture). Includes tips on getting started, creating the best listing for your item, deciding on your payment methods and more. • E-mail (lecture). The Who, What, Where, Why and When of electronic mail, including "What is Spam?" Registration and a $10 deposit are required in advance of the class.
