September is National Library Card Sign-up Month. Local library cards may be used to check out books at any library in the Ramapo-Catskill Library System in Orange, Rockland, Sullivan, and Ulster counties. Please note that most library programs require advance registration. Includes a brief history of eBay, how to get started, tips on browsing, searching, bidding and more. eBay For Sellers (lecture). Includes tips on getting started, creating the best listing for your item, deciding on your payment methods and more. E-mail (lecture). The Who, What, Where, Why and When of electronic mail, including "What is Spam?" Registration and a $10 deposit are required in advance of the class.
