Amo thanks voters

To the editor: On Nov. 8th, more than 4,800 voters came out to vote in the District 1 Legislative election. Thanks to all for exercising your democratic right to vote in such large numbers. I appreciate the support I received that allowed me to win. I was pleased to speak with so many of you along the campaign trail and to know that you sought out my Web site (michael-amo.com) to see my positions on the key issues in our district, before you voted.
