Patrick J. Presti Sr.

Patrick J. Presti Sr. of Highland Mills passed away Friday, March 30, 2018, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 89 years old.
The son of Charles and Mary Cottone Prestigiacomo, he was born Jan. 22, 1929, in Brooklyn.
Patrick was the widower of Alice M. Sinnott Presti, who predeceased him in 2015.
Patrick was a veteran of the U.S. Marines and a retired electrical installer with Western Electric/AT&T of New York City.
He was an avid outdoorsman, fly-fisherman and a member of the Woodbury Field and Stream Club.
He was also a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Church of Highland Mills.
Survivors include his son Patrick J. Presti, Jr. and his wife Yadira of Highland Mills; his daughters: Susan Presti of Highland Mills and Christine Edwards and her husband Paul of Monroe; his five grandchildren: Jonathan, Melissa, Jordan, Jillian and Sierra; and his three great grandchildren: Ava, Harley and Zoe.
Patrick was predeceased by his daughter Loretta Dennison, his sister Loretta and his brother Angelo.
Visitation was held April 5 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home in Highland Mills.
A Graveside Service took place April 6 in Cemetery of The Highlands in Highland Mills.
