Julianne DeLongis

Julianne DeLongis of Monroe passed away Monday, Feb. 12, 2018, surrounded by her loved ones at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh. She was 75 years old.
The daughter of Anthony and Rose Capello DeLongis, she was born Oct. 29, 1942 in Englewood, N.J.
Julianne was a purchasing clerk and saleswoman at Charles B. Merrill Office Supplies of Newburgh.
She was the president of Jolly Seniors and a member of the Young at Heart of Monroe.
Survivors include her loving sisters: Louise Cavanaugh of Monroe and Joyce Merrill and her husband Marsh of Cornwall; and her adoring nieces and nephews: Michael Cavanaugh, Jase Merrill and his wife Andrea, Barrett Merrill and his wife Meg; and grandnieces and grandnephews: Abigal, Peyton, Addison, Finn and Harper.
Visitation was held Feb. 16 at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home in Monroe.
A Chapel Service was held Feb. 17 at the funeral home.
Interment followed in St. Anastasia Cemetery in Harriman.
