John Nawrocki of South Blooming Grove, a longtime area resident and a retired salesman for Millwood Lumber Company in Millwood, died Friday, March 9, 2012.
The son of John and Frances Nawrocki, he was born Oct. 12, 1942, in New York City.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Survivors include his wife Holly M. Nawrocki at home,and their daughter Dawn Nawrocki. John also is survived by his granddaughter Stephanie LaPerla and great grandson Anthony J. Cuomo.
He was pre-deceased by his son John Nawrocki.
