James T. Bartelini of Highland Mills died on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. He was 67 years old.
The son of James J. and Violet Bartelini, he was born Nov. 3, 1950, in Manhattan.
Jim was a proud member of the U.S. Navy, serving in the Vietnam War as a Brown Water River Rat. He was a hard working man with a heart of gold.
He is survived by his spouse Mary Ellen Bartelini of New Windsor; his brother George Bartelini and wife Monica of Highland Mills; his sister Robin Bartelini of Monticello; his brother Wade Bartelini and wife Georgena of Middletown; his son Dominic Bartelini of Raleigh, N.C.; his son James C. Bartelini of Rock Hill; his daughter Melanie Ventuleth and husband Rich of Marlboro; his daughter Talia Bartelini of Yonkers; his son Anthony Bartelini of Campbell Hall; his nephew Carl Tuzzolino of Monticello; his two granddaughters Kayden Bartelini and Skylar Ventuleth; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Visitation and Services will be held Friday, July 13, during the hours of 5 to 8 p.m. at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe.
