Carl P. Caemmerer

    Carl P. Caemmerer of Blooming Grove, a self-employed security contractor for the past 35 years, died Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at Orange Regional Medical Center in the Town of Wallkill. Carl was 57 and a resident of the area for 25 years.

    The son of Frieda and Carl Caemmerer, he was born Aug. 24, 1954, in the Bronx.

    Carl is survived by his wife Ann Marie Caemmerer and their children: daughter Jacqueline Caemmerer-Walters and her husband Joshua of Austin, Texas, and a son Carl P. Caemmerer of Blooming Grove.

    He is also survived by his brother Robert Caemmerer of Bronx, along with his numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.

    Visitation will be Saturday, March 24, at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, between 1 and 3 p.m.

    A Celebration of Carl’s life will be held at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

    In lieu of flowers, the family would request memorial contributions to the Humane Society of Blooming Grove, 2741 Route 94, Washingtonville, New York 10992. (www.humanesocietybg.org), an organization that Carl supported.
