    Feb. 3 • Gary George, 41, of Laroe Road, Chester, was charged with peddling without a license, a violation. He was released pending a future court appearance. • Shannon Tensfeldt, 22, of King Street, Monroe, was charged with unlicensed operation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors. She was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 24. Feb. 8 • Francisco Muzoz, 48, of LaGuardia Road, Chester, was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released pending a Feb. 15 court appearance. Feb. 9 • Michael Margillo, 42, of Tanninger Road, Monroe, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Town Court on Feb. 15. Harriman Police Feb. 7 • A 19-year-old male from Pomona was arrested on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation and for failure to appear, misdemeanors. He was released pending a court appearance on Feb. 16. Feb. 10 • Michael J. Speechley, 34, of Briarwood Avenue, Monroe, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor. He was released to appear in Village Court on Feb. 16. Tuxedo Police Feb. 4 • Guiseppe Simonetta, 29, of 66-37 69th St., Middle Village, Queens, was charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation. He was released on $545 police bail for a court appearance Feb. 24. Feb. 11 • Jeremy Fitzpatrick, 21, of Dingmans Ferry, Pa., was charged with driving with a suspended license, a misdemeanor. He was released for was released for a Feb. 24 court appearance. • A 17-year-old Tuxedo resident was charged with reckless driving, a misdemeanor, and other traffic violations. His car was impounded and he was released to his father, pending a Feb. 24 court appearance. Feb. 13 • Four males, ages 17 and 18, from Warwick and Ringwood and Franklin Lakes, N.J., were charged with open containers of alcohol within a vehicle, a violation of the ABC Laws. They were released to their parents, pending a Feb. 24 court appearance. • Two 16-year-old males, one from Tuxedo and the other from Warwick, were charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. They were released to their parents, pending a Feb. 24 court appearance.
