Happy birthday, Bruna

Washingtonville - Bruna Tricarico turned 98 years old yesterday, Oct. 28, and she has many family and friends within the greater Monroe community who want to wish her well. Here is how Laura Ippolitti described Bruna: “ She still gets around, she still cooks for her self, and is a lovely lady to know. I am so glad that I know her. She has one daughter Marguerite and a wonderful son-in-law Jimmy. They watch over her and make sure everything is on task. “She has three grandchildren - Michelle, Chrissie and Jennifer. Michelle and her husband Joe have two children, Meagan, 14, and Christopher, 11. Bruna lives with them, so they keep a close eye on her, If anything she need Joe and Michelle are always around. “Chrissie and her husband John have four children: Trevor, 10, Ryan, 7, Matthew 5, and Caroline, 2. “And Jennifer and her husband Lou have one child, Dylan, who is 4 years old. “Her family means everything to her and they love her so very much. They all have different responsibilities and are always around. They are all such a big part of her life. Thank heaven for family. Happy birthday, Bruna. We love you.
