Katie Welle and James Bruno to wed in December

HARRIMAN — Debra and Stephen Welle, of Harriman announce the engagement of their daughter Katie Welle to James Bruno, son of Jaime and Blanca Bruno of Kissimmee, Fla.
Katie is an area manager for Vera Bradley and James is an aircraft mechanic.
The couple currently resides in Kissimmee, Fla., and are planning a December 2012 wedding.
