Francis Groeters, Ph.D., the owner of Catskill Native Nursery in Kerhonkson will present, The Winter Garden: Beauty and Nourishment. As a child, nature was a hobby to Groeters. During the lecture, he will explain how important it is to support a winter garden because of how it nourishes the soil and environment, making it ready for spring planting and summer harvesting.
