The Hudson Highlands Nature Museum will host “Eat Your Weeds!” at the Outdoor Discovery Center’s farmhouse kitchen in Cornwall on Saturday, May22, at 1 p.m. Join Environmental Educators Judy Onufer and Pam Golben to learn how to identify, harvest and prepare several common backyard weeds such as dandelion and garlic mustard and then take a short walk to collect some wild edibles. Then return to the farmhouse kitchen for some hands-on instruction to prepare a few delicious recipes. This program is recommended for adults and interested children over the age of 12.
