The Woodbury Public Library will have a discussion of the book, “Water for Elephants,” by Sara Gruen at its June 1 Book Talk Group at the Highland Mills Branch of the library at 7:30 p.m. This romantic novel travels back and forth in time between Jacob Jankowski’s present day in a nursing home and his adventures in the surprisingly harsh world of 1930s circuses. Call 928-2114 or stop in at either branch of the library to sign up.
