Tribute to Elvis will benefit school

Warwick — St. Stephen’s School will present Danny Vernon, an Elvis tribute artist, on Sunday, Oct. 17 at 3 p.m. at the Lycian Centre in Sugar Loaf. Vernon will be performing a one night show as a celebration of the 75th birthday of the King of Rock and Roll, Elvis Presley. From the State of Washington, Vernon has been performing all three stages of the life of Elvis for over 10 years. He will perform songs from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. The show will celebrate the early years of Rock and Roll in the 1950’s and a grand ride through hits from Elvis’s biggest movies. Tickets are $25 a person and all seats are reserved. All proceeds will go to benefit the children of St. Stephen’s School in Warwick. For reservations call Lori at 651-3643.
