St. Patrick's celebrations planned

ORANGE COUNTY-The Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Parade Committee's Irish Day will be held on Sunday, March 6, from noon to 6:00 p.m. at the Greenwood Lake American Post # 1443, on Lakes Road in Greenwood Lake. Admission is $7 per person. The Chris Turpin Band and the AOH Pipe Band will headline the day. Several other bands, including The Men of the Group, an a cappella group, John O'Boyle, and Ice Wagon, will also perform. The Sheahan-Gormley School of Irish Dance will present Irish step dancing. The 29th annual Mid-Hudson St. Patrick's Parade will be held Sunday March 13 in Goshen, staring at 2 p.m. For more information, call 469-9970.
