Scrapbooking together

Chester — The Friends of the Chester Library presents the program “Scrapbooking Together,” led by Marilyn Prosser. The program will be held from 6 to 10 p.m. on the following Mondays (except where noted): Oct. 11 and 25, Nov. 8 And 22, and Dec. 14 (Tuesday) and 27. It will be held in the Chester Senior Center, located behind the library at 1784 Kings Highway. Participants should bring their own materials.
