MONROE – Noted author of railroad books Bob McCue will present his program, "What's Old is New: The Erie Railroad and the Graham Line," on Saturday, Feb. 11, at 1 p.m. at the Monroe Senior Center, 101 Mine Road, Monroe.
The Graham Line opened in 1909 to serve as a freight line for the Erie Railroad. It would replace the Main Line, which ran through Monroe in 1983.
The Moodna Viaduct, which is the longest and highest railroad trestle east of the Mississippi located in Salisbury Mills, is part of this line.
McCue will also have some of his books available for purchase at the end if the program.
The program is free and reservations are not required.
