Master drummer to teach in Chester

CHESTER-Master drummer Kofi has begun a series of African drumming classes for beginners and intermediates at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Chester. The classes meet every Tuesday night from 7:30 to 9 p.m. starting on June 14. The lessons are $15 each class; a course of 8 classes gets a 10 percent discount. The family discount is 15 percent. Summer classes for children and teens will begin in June. Kofi will lead a drum and dance ensemble at the 8th Annual Community in Concert on June 4 at Thomas Bull Memorial Park.
