Maple sugar tours scheduled

CORNWALL-Maple sugar tours at Kenridge Farm on Rte. 9W in Cornwall are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every Saturday and Sunday from Feb. 19 through March 20. Tours start every half hour. Educators from the Museum of the Hudson Highlands offer a 45-minute outdoor walking tour during which visitors learn how to tap a maple tree, how to collect the sap, and how the sap boils down in an evaporator to become maple syrup.
