Sweet Adelines dinner show is March 6 WALDEN — The Song of the Valley Chorus, Sweet Adelines International will appear in the dinner show, “Lights, Camera, Action,” on Sunday, March 6 beginning at 4 p.m. at the Walden Fire House Social Hall in Walden. The evening will begin with a buffet dinner catered by Loughran’s, followed by the musical show. Also appearing is the chorus quartet, “Dangerous Curves,” featuring tenor Sheila Palsma of Middletown; lead Donna Cella of Campbell Hall; baritone Renee Caldwell of Highland Falls; and bass Kathy Dembek of Walden. Also appearing is E’lissa Jones, a local singer, violinist and guitarist, recently voted “Hudson Valley Singer-Songwriter of the Year” and “Just 4” an award-winning women’s quartet from the Greater New York Region of Sweet Adelines. Tickets are $35 for adults; $30 for seniors; and $20 for children 12 and under. Seating is limited. Show proceeds will be used to support chorus community performances and an annual music scholarship awarded to a young woman singer in Orange County.
