Halloween haunts Museum Village

    MONROE-Museum Village will turn itself into a haunted village for two nights of safe, scary fun on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 22 and 23, from 6 to 9 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children and includes a scavenger hunt, a hayride, what's described as a "new haunting experience" as well as entertainment by the "Spooky Dancers." Visitors are advised to bring a flashlight. On Sunday, Oct. 24, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the village will feature Halloween games on the green, a scavenger hunt, costume parade and contest, a story teller and puppet show for children of all ages. Admission to this event is $10 for adults, $6 for seniors, $5 for children and free for kids age three or less.
