Florist to host Easter egg hunt

Sugar Loaf — Sugar Loaf florist, KM Designs, will celebrate the arrival of spring with its first Easter Egg and Treasure Hunt on Saturday, April 16, from 10 a.m. to noon. (Rain date: April 23.) Families are invited to visit the shop and participate in a hunt for candy, prizes and one very special grand prize, while they take a peek at some of the floral arrangements that are available for Easter and the season. Peter Rabbit is also set to make an appearance! “After the winter we’ve had, we’re looking forward to welcoming this season of flowers with a day that’s fun for the whole family,” said KM Designs owner, Kim Mednikoff. “And it won’t just be the kids that get to hunt for goodies; there will be some very exciting treasures for the adults as well.” The store is located at the corner of Kings Highway and Wood Road in Sugar Loaf.
