Andrew McKnight to sing songs of rural America

ROCK TAVERN — Nationally acclaimed singer/songwriter and guitarist Andrew McKnight will perform in concert at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation meeting house at 9 Vance Road in Rock Tavern in the Town of New Windsor.

McKnight celebrates rural America with humorous stories and poetic drama, tasteful slide and jazzy blues, feisty anthems, and rustic folk. Since leaving his corporate environmental engineering career in 1996, the award-winning artist has traced half a million miles of America’s highways.

Admission is $15 or $12 for senior citizens, payable at the door.
