America The Beautiful benefit concert for Hudson Valley Honor Flight set for July 28
GOSHEN — This year’s benefit concert for Hudson Valley Honor Flight is set for Saturday, July 28, at Historic Track in Goshen.
Honor Flight is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing veterans with honor and closure. Several times a year they fly American veterans to Washington, D.C., to visit those memorials dedicated to honor the service and sacrifices of themselves and their friends.
This year’s concert will once again feature 18-time Grammy winner, Jimmy Sturr & His Orchestra, with special guests:
• Jay & The Americans, singing many of their hits including “This Magic Moment,” “Cara Mia,” “Come A Little Bit Closer:
• The American Bombshells with a tribute to the Andrew Sisters;
• Chris Caffery from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra;
• Singer Doug Ferony and M.C. Van Ritshie;
• The Hudson Valley Police Pipe & Drum Corps;
• The Orange County Sheriff’s Office Color Guard; and
• The Nam Knights of America.
