I am writing in support of Frank Eppinger for the position of Trustee for the Village of Monroe. I have known Frank for many years and have always known him to be an honest and hardworking individual. Frank has been an assistant scoutmaster in Troop 66 in Goshen since the Troop’s inception in 2004 but has been an active leader in the Boy Scout Community for over 37 years. During his time in Troop 66, I have seen Frank’s commitment towards the program and his dedication to make sure that the boys in our troop achieve the highest rank in scouts, the Eagle Award. Frank’s community service does not stop there. He is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church and a volunteer in their food pantry. In the past he was a member of the Monroe Fire Department along with holding elected positions in the department. His record as a trustee has already shown that he is a proven leader that can negotiate contracts in the best interest of the community. I have always known Frank to be fair, intelligent, honest, enthusiastic and possess a deep love for his community. Please help Frank help the community in the Village of Monroe by voting for him for the position of Village Trustee in Monroe. Robert Kish Assistant Scout Master Troop 66, Goshen
