Tom Flood announces re-election bid as Woodbury Village trustee

| 12 Oct 2017 | 05:42

Two years ago, I promised to support a legal defense of our Comprehensive Plan being challenged by KJ. We prevailed in the lawsuit.
Why does KJ think they should determine appropriate zoning for Woodbury?
With your vote, I will continue to fight them on all fronts.
KJ keeps growing and impacting Woodbury in several ways: our home values, our way of life, our natural resources - which KJ exploits, be it water or social services. They have no concern for their negative impact on neighboring communities.
With your vote, I will continue to fight KJ.
As a board, we work for Woodbury. We have lowered village taxes in fiscal year 2017/2018, while continuing improvements to our village infrastructure.
Sewer and water projects our progressing to improve water quality and reliability.
Our Highway Department continues to work hard to make improvements all over Woodbury, improving storm drains, curbs, sidewalks and roads.
When re-elected, I will continue to do what’s best for Woodbury. I want what you want: The quality of life we currently enjoy and to do so for less taxes. Woodbury is a great place to live.
Please come out and vote for our team of Queenan, Egan and Flood.
    Sincerely,
    Thomas G. Flood
    Village Woodbury trustee
