Dec. 3 Samantha James, 22, of Staten Island, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Nikyia Smith, 23, of Staten Island, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Dec. 5 Sherry Chambers, 36, of Brooklyn, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Dec. 7 Jason Perez, 22, of Monroe, was charged with grand larceny, a felony. A 17-year-old Chester female was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor.
