George Overton, 42, of Spring Valley, was arrested on a warrant and turned over to the City of Newburgh police. Feb. 12 James Cox, 29, of Philadelphia, Pa., was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and second-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 13 Wayne Corts, 21, of Central Valley, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Matthew Baumann, 21, of Harriman, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Nicole Cortes, 21, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Feb. 14 Jose Mesa, 34, of Queens, was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and issued an appearance ticket.
