July 7 An 18-year-old male from Goshen was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. July 8 Danyelle Boyd, 27, of Utica, was charged with fifth-degree possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor. July 14 Agapito Camacho Jr., 36, of Marlboro, was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree reckless endangerment. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. July 17 Juan Cando, 35, of New York City, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Wendy Civil, 28, of Brooklyn, was arrested on a warrant for petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket.
