Nov. 23 Kevin Hoyt, 51, of Tuxedo, was arrested on a warrant from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office after he was stopped after being observed hitchhiking. Nov. 24 Stephen Vanorden, 56, of Stamford, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Brian Ehrhardt, 48, of Orangeburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a safety and sobriety checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Nov. 25 Ciprian Lewis, 32, of Park Ridge, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop.
