Dec. 11 Louis Heydet, 35, of the Bronx, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Dec. 12 James Klein, 38, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance.
