Feb. 14 Susan Stewart, 55, of West Milford, N.J., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. She was released on her own recognizance. Feb. 17 Luis Caguana, 49, of Spring Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after being stopped at a safety and sobriety checkpoint. He was released on his own recognizance. Feb. 18 Yoel Weinstock, 29, of Brooklyn, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a misdemeanor, after a traffic stop. He was released on his own recognizance. Eric-Scott Guthrie, 34, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor; and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container, a violation, after a traffic stop.
