Third time's a charm for Locks of Love donor

Monroe-Woodbury Middle School seventh-grader Amy Flores is the latest donor to Locks of Love, the organization which creates hair pieces from donated hair for those who are ill. This is the third time she’s donated her cut hair to help those in need. The 18 inches of hair was cut by Marla Cafarella of Fringe Hair Salon in Central Valley.
