Target will host Dr. Seuss story time saturday in Monroe

The Target on Bailey Farm Road in Monroe will hold a free Dr. Seuss story time on Saturday, Feb. 26, from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be appearances by The Cat in the Hat and Thing One and Thing Two.
