Jan. 23 Jennifer Sanjuan, 24, of New Windsor, was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. She was released on her own recognizance. Mike M. Cassella, 28, of Hastings, and Jennifer K. Gillen, 22, of West Haverstraw, were charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued appearance tickets. Jessica M. Locke, 40, of Pomona, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 24 Dana M. Jackson, 29, of Yonkers, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. Rene Ramirez-Torres, 24, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 25 Geoffrey D. Sitomer, 70, of Boca Raton, Florida, was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. He was sent to Orange County Jail. Jan. 27 Jomo M. Gill, 35, of Goshen, was charged with second-degree strangulation, a felony, and sent to Orange County Jail. Jan. 28 Vanessa E. Barretto, 28, of Monroe, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. She was issued an appearance ticket. An 18-year-old Monroe male was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Jan. 29 Daniel R. Hutting, 26, of Pine Bush, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
