She was released to a third party. Oct. 9 Vincent J. Loguidice, 27, of Cornwall, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 10 Joanne Nyborg, 46, of New Windsor, was charged with three counts of petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and three counts of first-degree falsifying business records, a felony. She was issued an appearance ticket. Gerard M. Smith, 28, of Monroe, was charged with trespassing, a violation, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor, and several infractions. He was released on bail. Oct. 11 Victor Lirosi, 52, of Clifton Park, was charged with first-degree falsifying business records, first-degree offering to file a false instrument, felonies, and giving a false written statement, a misdemeanor. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 12 Eric R. Jones, 27, of Campbell Hall, was charged with a violation of probation, second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, use of a vehicle without an interlock, misdemeanors, and illegal signaling, an infraction. He was issued an appearance ticket. Oct. 13 An 18-year-old Monroe female was charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument, misdemeanors. She was issued an appearance ticket. Bryan N. Cassidy, 21, of Highland Mills, was charged arrested on a bench warrant for fourth-degree criminal facilitation, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, and unlawfully dealing with fireworks, a violation. Rhynyl Redula, 25, of Monroe, was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors. He was remanded to Orange County Jail. Oct. 14 Ronald C. Perez, 24, of Warwick, was charged with driving with ability impaired and moving from a lane unsafely, infractions. Rosa Rodriquez, 41, of Peekskill, was charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, and issued an appearance ticket. Wayne D. Patterson, 52, of Warwick, was charged with driving while intoxicated and with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more, misdemeanors. He was issued an appearance ticket.
